Our Sensational Minds After-School Club is a small-group, play-based program designed to integrate literacy development with each child’s special interests, fostering a love of learning while building essential social and academic skills.

How We Learn Through Play & Special Interests

Our approach connects literacy-rich activities with each child’s unique interests, ensuring engagement while reinforcing key skills. Children might:

• Role-play favorite stories, building comprehension, expressive language, and confidence.
• Use movement and sensory play to strengthen letter recognition, phonological awareness, and storytelling.
• Engage in collaborative games and social play to develop communication, self-advocacy, and problem-solving.
• Create and explore through art, music, and hands-on projects that connect literacy to their passions.

Program Details

• Small group setting for personalized attention and meaningful peer interactions.
• Daily literacy play designed around student interests.
• Weekly showcase where children share their work, fostering pride and communication skills.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00–6:30 PM.
• Cost: $90 per week for full participation (Monday–Friday).
